When can I expect to be billed for my Pacific Rim and Co. wine club shipments?
Depending on the wine club you join, you will either be billed at the end of each month, or at the end of each quarter.
What states can you ship wine club shipments to?
Pacific Rim currently ships to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping wine can be quite pricey (think heavy boxes), so we have set a reduced, flat rate price of $10 for all ground shipments.

How do I cancel my Pacific Rim and Co. membership?
We really hate to see you go, but if you wish, you may cancel your Pacific Rim and Co. membership any time before your monthly or quarterly billing (depending on the club) by sending an email to pacriminfo@banfi.com.
