Riesling is up there with our favorites, and it is one of our specialties. Rieslings can range from dry to sweet, and they often have earthy, floral notes that temper spicy dishes and make an excellent addition to the table. Grown in cool climates, the grapes hang onto the vines longer. Whether you are in the mood for a nice brisk wine on a hot summer’s day, or a sweet wine to sit by the fire with in winter, rieslings are always a great choice. 

Pinot Gris one of the the most popular varieties of white wine in the United States today, and it has a good body for a semi sweet white wine. Often, you’ll find pear notes, but every bottle is different in this variety, making this choice an excellent one for those who are adventurous enough to try more. Pinot Gris is a good white wine for parties, as most people can enjoy it, and it goes with a wide variety of foods.

Pairing White Wines
